How pizza sauce ingredients will work
- Tomatoes- For making pasta sauce, tomatoes are fresh ripe, red, and pulpy tomatoes. Avoid highly seeded tomatoes, because seeds may change the texture of the pizza sauce.
- Olive oil- For sautéing garlic granules and olive oil give a good flavor to sauce.
- Garlic Granules- Prefer garlic granules instead of fresh garlic cloves, if you want to keep them longer. Garlic granules work wonders in the pizza sauce.
- Salt- You can use any available salt for your requirement.
- Red Chili powder- I use red chili powder for the red color, I use Deggi Mirch, it’s not so spicy and the color and flavors are awesome. You will find it online worldwide.
- Sugar- Sugar for balancing salt and chili. Also, for a little sugary flavor
- Onion powder– For flavor
- Red chili flake – For flavor
- Crushed black paper– For flavor and aroma
- Italian seasoning– For flavor and aroma
- Fresh Basil– For aroma
For a longer life span, you must have to add preservatives, which I say strictly NO to every recipe.
